Fried Rice Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1 cup of diced chicken
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat some oil in a pan and add the diced chicken. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked.
2. Push the chicken to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
3. Add the chopped onion and diced tomato to the pan. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
4. Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well with the chicken, eggs, onion, and tomato.
5. Season with salt to taste and continue to stir-fry the rice mixture until everything is well combined and heated through.
6. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious fried rice!
