Fried Rice with Broccoli and Bananas
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the eggs and scramble until cooked through.
3. Add the broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
5. Add the banana slices and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot.
