Fried Rice with Broccoli, Ham, and Haloumi

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 2 slices of bread, cubed
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of ham, chopped
- 2 slices of haloumi, cubed
- 2 tablespoons of soya sauce

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the cubed bread and cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

3. Remove the bread from the skillet and set aside.

4. Add the eggs to the skillet and scramble until cooked through.

5. Add the ham and haloumi and cook until lightly browned.

6. Add the cooked rice and broccoli and stir to combine.

7. Pour the soya sauce over the rice and stir to combine.

8. Add the bread cubes and stir to combine.

9. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

10. Serve hot. Enjoy!
