Fried Rice with Cabbage and Carrots
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the cabbage and carrots and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the beaten eggs and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring to scramble.
4. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce and stir to combine.
5. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
