Fried Rice with Celery, Raisins, and Bananas
Ingredients:
- 200g of white rice
- 2 stalks of celery, diced
- 1/4 cup of raisins
- 2 eggs
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 2 bananas, sliced
Instructions:
1. Begin by cooking the white rice according to package instructions.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
3. Add the diced celery and potatoes to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the raisins and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the center. Scramble the eggs until they are cooked through.
6. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine.
7. Add the sliced bananas and stir to combine.
8. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through.
9. Serve the fried rice warm. Enjoy!
