Fried Rice with Chicken
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked white rice
1/2 cup diced cooked chicken
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced bell pepper
1/4 cup diced carrots
1/4 cup frozen peas
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the onion, bell pepper, and carrots and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the chicken and cook until heated through, about 3 minutes.
4. Add the cooked rice and frozen peas and stir to combine.
5. Add the soy sauce and stir to combine.
6. Cook until the rice is hot and the vegetables are cooked through, about 5 minutes.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
