Make Fried Rice with Chicken
Fried Rice with Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken. Cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
2. Add the onion and garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
3. Add the tomato and cook for another minute.
4. Push the chicken and vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the beaten eggs to the other side. Scramble the eggs until they are cooked through.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and mix everything together.
6. Season with salt to taste.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
