Make Fried Rice with Chicken and Egg
Fried Rice with Chicken and Egg
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
5. Push the rice to the sides of the skillet and crack the eggs into the center.
6. Scramble the eggs and then stir them into the rice.
7. Add the soy sauce and stir to combine.
8. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
9. Cook until the rice is heated through, about 5 minutes.
10. Serve warm. Enjoy!
