Fried Rice with Chicken and Egg
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup cooked, diced chicken
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add the chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
4. Push the chicken to the side of the skillet and add the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine.
6. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil and stir to combine.
7. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Garnish with green onions and serve. Enjoy!
