Fried Rice with Chicken, Peas, and Fish Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup diced chicken
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1 fish cake, cut into small cubes
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the diced chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the frozen peas and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Add the cooked rice, fish cake cubes, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
5. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through and the fish cake is cooked.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
