Fried Rice with Egg

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 hot pepper, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups lettuce, chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the onion and hot pepper and cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the tomato and cook for another 2 minutes.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

5. Push the rice to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the other side.

6. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.

7. Stir the eggs into the rice and add the lettuce.

8. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the lettuce is wilted.

9. Serve hot. Enjoy!
