Fried Rice with Egg

Ingredients:

- 2 Eggs
- 2 Cups Cooked Rice
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the sesame oil to the skillet and swirl to coat.

3. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble until cooked through.

4. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine.

5. Add the soy sauce, cheese, salt and pepper and stir to combine.

6. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
