Fried Rice with Egg and Ground Beef
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the ground beef and onion and cook until the beef is browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
5. Push the rice to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the other side.
6. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
7. Mix the eggs into the rice and add the soy sauce.
8. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
9. Serve warm. Enjoy!
