Make Fried Rice with Eggs
Fried Rice with Eggs
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of boiled rice
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and pepper and cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the tomato and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the center. Cook until the eggs are scrambled, about 2 minutes.
5. Add the boiled rice and ketchup to the skillet and mix everything together.
6. Cook until the rice is heated through, about 5 minutes.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
