Make Fried Rice with Fish

Fried Rice with Fish

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can of beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. fish fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the onion and bell pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened.

3. Add the fish cubes and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the fish is cooked through.

4. Add the cooked rice and beans and stir to combine.

5. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.

6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
