Make Fried Rice with Fish



Fried Rice with Fish

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pound fish, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the eggs and scramble until cooked through.

3. Add the salt, fish, onion, pepper, garlic, and tomato. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

5. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through and the fish is cooked.

6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
