Fried Rice with Soft Cheese
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup soft cheese, crumbled
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
3. Add the tomato and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
5. Push the rice to one side of the skillet and add the eggs. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
6. Stir the eggs into the rice and season with salt.
7. Add the crumbled soft cheese and stir to combine.
8. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is melted and everything is hot.
9. Serve hot. Enjoy!
