Keto-Friendly Almond Flour Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup almond milk
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until light and fluffy.
3. Add the cream cheese and melted butter to the egg mixture and mix until combined.
4. Slowly add the almond milk to the egg mixture and mix until combined.
5. Add the egg mixture to the almond flour mixture and mix until combined.
6. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
7. Grease the pan with butter or oil.
8. Scoop 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet and spread it out into a circle.
9. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and the center is cooked through.
10. Flip the pancake and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
11. Repeat with the remaining batter.
12. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
