Frozen Strawberry Ketchup Pasta
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of frozen strawberries
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of Nesquik
- 2 tablespoons of Nescau
- 2 cups of cooked pasta
- 1 cup of popcorn
- 1 cup of orange juice
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the frozen strawberries, ketchup, mustard, and sugar and stir to combine.
4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and orange juice.
6. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and stir to combine.
7. Add the cooked pasta and popcorn and stir to combine.
8. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
9. Serve with Nesquik and Nescau. Enjoy!
