Make Fruit and Oat Porridge

Fruit and Oat Porridge

Ingredients:

- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1 cup diced watermelon
- 1 cup diced musk melon
- 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

2. Add the oats and cook, stirring constantly, for 2-3 minutes.

3. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

4. Pour in the milk and curd and bring to a simmer.

5. Add the diced watermelon and musk melon and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Serve the porridge warm, topped with extra diced fruit if desired. Enjoy!
