Make Garam Masala Chicken
Garam Masala Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 125 g plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 6 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 2 teaspoons paprika
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, salt, cumin, garam masala, and paprika.
3. Place the chicken breasts in the bowl and coat them with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
4. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
6. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
