Garam Masala Noodle Bowl
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of noodles
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon of garam masala
- 1/2 cup of crème cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 egg
Instructions:
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the bell pepper and potatoes and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Add the garam masala and stir to combine.
5. Add the crème cheese and stir until melted.
6. Add the cooked noodles and stir to combine.
7. Add the parsley, tomato, and egg and stir to combine.
8. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the egg is cooked through.
9. Serve warm. Enjoy!
