Garam Masala Roasted Chicken and Cauliflower
Ingredients:
-2 lbs chicken thighs
-1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-2 tablespoons garam masala
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Place chicken thighs and cauliflower florets on a large baking sheet.
3. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and cauliflower and sprinkle with garam masala, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Toss everything together to evenly coat with the spices.
5. Place baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and cauliflower is tender.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
