Fried Rice with Chicken

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of cooked white rice

- 1 lb of chicken, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of your favorite sauce
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the chicken cubes and cook until they are golden brown.

3. Add the onion and garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

5. Pour in the water and sauce and stir to combine.

6. Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet.

7. Let the rice simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

8. Serve the fried rice with chicken and enjoy!
