Chicken Tomato Onion Garlic Skillet

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is softened, about 3 minutes.

4. Add the tomato and oregano and season with salt and pepper.

5. Cook until the tomato is softened and the chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes.

6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
