Pan-Fried Fish Fillet with Celeriac and Tomato
Ingredients:
- 4 fish fillets
- 1 celeriac, peeled and cut into cubes
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the celeriac cubes and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the garlic and tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet.
5. Cook for 5 minutes, flipping once, until the fish is cooked through.
6. Serve the fish fillets with the celeriac and tomato mixture. Enjoy!
