Garlic and Onion Fried Rice

Ingredients:

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped carrot
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cooked lean chopped meat
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the onion and carrot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.

4. Add the chopped meat and cook until heated through, about 3 minutes.

5. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

6. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

7. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.

8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
