Chilli Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken cubes and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the chilli, onion, garlic, salt and pepper and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve over rice or with your favorite side dish. Enjoy!
