Garlic Chess
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of chess, cubed
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
3. Add the cubed chess and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chess is golden brown and crispy.
4. Serve hot and enjoy!
