Chilli Garlic Fried Egg

Ingredients:

- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a small non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

2. Add the chilli flakes and garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.

3. Crack the egg into the pan and season with salt and pepper.

4. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the egg white is cooked through and the yolk is still runny.

5. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
