BBQ Cat Meat Pasta


- 1 lb of cat meat
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1 eggplant, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup of corn
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 lb of pasta
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 2 tablespoons of chopped chives
- 2 tablespoons of chopped dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 avocado, diced
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 sausages, cooked and diced
- 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced


1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

3. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat. Add the cat meat and cook until browned.

4. Add the BBQ sauce, eggplant, onion, corn, and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Add the cooked pasta, sour cream, chives, dill, salt and pepper, and avocado. Stir to combine.

6. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the cheese and bacon over the top.

7. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and garlic. Pour over the top of the pasta.

8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

9. Serve warm and enjoy!
