Garlic Pork and Rice Bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked pork shoulder, diced
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the pork shoulder and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the mushrooms and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
5. Add the sugar snap peas and cook until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes.
6. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
7. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
8. Serve the pork and rice mixture in individual bowls. Enjoy!
