Turkey and Veggie Hash

Ingredients:

-1 pound ground turkey
-1/2 cup white corn
-1 red pepper, diced
-1 yellow pepper, diced
-4 new potatoes, diced
-2 tomatoes, diced
-1/2 cup okra, diced
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the ground turkey and cook, stirring occasionally, until the turkey is cooked through.

3. Add the corn, peppers, potatoes, tomatoes, okra, and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender, about 8 minutes.

4. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

5. Serve warm. Enjoy!
