Tikki Masala Chicken with Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons of chili powder
- 1 cup of plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of tikki masala
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes, chili powder, yogurt, tikki masala, tomato paste, and garlic. Mix until all of the ingredients are evenly distributed.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken mixture. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.

3. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.

4. Serve the tikki masala chicken with rice and enjoy!
