-1 lb. ground beef
-1/2 cup uncooked white rice
-1/4 cup tomato paste
-1/4 cup water
-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1/2 cup shredded cheese
-4 large flour tortillas
-1 egg

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the cheese. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

4. Heat a separate skillet over medium heat. Place a tortilla in the skillet and cook for 1 minute. Flip the tortilla and crack the egg onto the center. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

5. Place the cooked egg and beef and rice mixture onto the tortilla. Top with cooked noodles.

6. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll up.

7. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

8. Serve the burritos warm. Enjoy!
