Steak Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 steak, cut into small cubes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the steak cubes and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Push the steak to one side of the skillet and add the egg. Scramble the egg until cooked through.
5. Add the cooked rice, salt, and soy sauce. Stir to combine.
6. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
