Chipotle Chicken

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 chipotle peppers, chopped
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the chipotle peppers and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

4. Add the chicken cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.

5. Serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
