Garlic Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:

- 8 ounces of uncooked pasta
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of white wine
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 1/4 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.

3. Add the chicken cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the white wine and chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes.

5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

6. Remove from the heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve immediately.
