Tomato Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of wheat
- 2 tablespoons of besan
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for a few minutes until the onion is translucent.
3. Add the tomatoes and cook for a few minutes until they are soft.
4. Add the wheat and besan and stir to combine.
5. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Cook for a few minutes until the rice is heated through.
8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
