Fried Rice with Chicken

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup diced cooked chicken
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

3. Add the chicken and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

5. Push the rice to one side of the skillet and pour the eggs into the other side.

6. Scramble the eggs until cooked through, about 2 minutes.

7. Combine the eggs and rice and season with salt and pepper.

8. Serve hot.
