Fried Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and spread it out evenly.

3. Crack the eggs into the skillet and stir to combine with the rice.

4. Add the pepper, salt, and garlic and stir to combine.

5. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked through and the rice is lightly browned.

6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
