Veggie Pizza with Red and White Cabbage

Ingredients:

-1 pre-made pizza dough
-1/2 cup butter
-1/2 cup chilli jam
-1/2 cup peanut butter
-1/2 cup olive oil
-1/4 cup sunflower oil
-1/4 cup soy sauce
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1/2 red cabbage, shredded
-1/2 white cabbage, shredded
-1 sweet potato, peeled and diced
-1/2 cup olives, sliced
-1 red onion, diced
-1 orange, peeled and diced
-1 lemon, juiced

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Place pizza dough on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

3. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add chilli jam and peanut butter and stir until combined.

4. In a separate bowl, mix together olive oil, sunflower oil, soy sauce, and garlic.

5. Brush the pizza dough with the butter mixture and sprinkle with the cabbage, sweet potato, olives, red onion, orange, and lemon juice.

6. Drizzle the olive oil and sunflower oil mixture over the pizza.

7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the vegetables are cooked through.

8. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
