Chicken and Rice Pasta
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of uncooked pasta
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the chicken cubes. Cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 8 minutes.
2. Add the onion, bell pepper, tomato, and garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
3. Add the cooked rice, salt, and pasta to the skillet and stir to combine.
4. Pour the beaten eggs over the mixture and stir to combine.
5. Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Serve the chicken and rice pasta warm. Enjoy!
