Steak and Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of uncooked white rice
- 1 cup of cooked black beans
- 1 lb of steak, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the steak cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the steak is cooked through.

3. Add the onion and garlic and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the onion is softened.

4. Add the cooked black beans and stir to combine.

5. Add the uncooked rice and stir to combine.

6. Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the rice is cooked through.

7. Serve the steak and rice bowl warm. Enjoy!
