Steak and Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

-1/2 lb steak, cut into cubes
-1/2 cup uncooked white rice
-1/2 cup cooked black beans
-1/2 onion, diced
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the steak cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the steak is browned.

3. Add the onion and garlic and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the onion is softened.

4. Add the rice and black beans and stir to combine.

5. Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is cooked through.

6. Serve the steak and rice bowl warm. Enjoy!
