Tomato Pepper Chicken Rice Pasta

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup cooked pasta
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

3. Add the bell peppers and tomatoes and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

4. Add the chicken and cook until it is cooked through, about 5 minutes.

5. Add the cooked rice and pasta and stir to combine.

6. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
