Garlic and Ham Stir Fry

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups diced ham
- 2 cups pak choi, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the garlic and ham and cook, stirring occasionally, until the ham is lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the pak choi and cook, stirring occasionally, until the pak choi is wilted, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil and stir to combine.

5. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
