Cheesy Onion Garlic Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup of diced onion
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the diced onion and garlic and cook until the onion is softened and lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine.

4. Crack the eggs into the skillet and stir to combine.

5. Add the shredded cheese and stir to combine.

6. Cook until the eggs are cooked through and the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.

7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

8. Serve warm. Enjoy!
