Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the diced chicken. Cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 8 minutes.

2. Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook for another 3 minutes.

3. Push the chicken and vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until they are cooked through.

4. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir everything together.

5. Add the diced tomato and salt and stir to combine.

6. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.

7. Serve the chicken fried rice hot. Enjoy!
