Chicken and Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups cooked, diced chicken
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 cup cooked pasta
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, chicken, eggs, onion, pasta, and garlic. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is cooked through.
5. Serve hot. Enjoy!
